Job Overview
The main tasks and responsibilities include:
Plan, technically develop, test and roll out digital trainings on Glencore’s Learning Management System (LMS)
Collaborate with external vendors and compliance subject matter experts on the design and technical development of digital trainings
Monitor items in the training planner are on track, and where not, escalate accordingly.
Configure digital and in-person trainings in the LMS (set up and test courses and curricula (in 8 Glencore languages), create learning assignments, and set up and reconcile training audiences)
Maintain and process learner data
Analyse and report on training data (configure and create dashboards and global reporting templates)
Ongoing clean-up and maintenance of the LMS
Collaborate with Glencore’s IT Learning Solutions Team on the planning/scheduling of trainings, configuration of the LMS, technical troubleshooting, etc.
Integrate the LMS with other systems (e.g. Workday, Qlik Sense or other data visualisation system)
Develop and launch new LMS features and improvements
Manage the portfolio of tools used for digital learning development and project management
Identify Glencore’s evolving training needs and proactively present suitable and practical solutions which work in Glencore’s complex landscape
Develop procedures and manuals related to digital and in-person training planning, technical development, testing and roll out
Train compliance personnel on LMS functionalities and LMS training processes

Qualifications and requirements:
5+ years’ experience administering digital and in-person trainings on an
LMS (Cornerstone on Demand a plus)
5+ years’ project management experience, preferably on large scale, global projects
Excellent command of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Experience in structured learning design using various approaches and tools (i.e. Articulate, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Cloud, Elucidad, Vyond)
Excellent command of English written and spoken (native or C2 level)
Holder of a Swiss work permit of CH/EU passport holder
