Job Overview

The main tasks and responsibilities include:

Administration of the Glencore Group companies within the Corporate Service Team

Providing general legal support and advice on a range of corporate matters relating to the legal administration of the Glencore Group

Reviewing and drafting corporate documentation, including board and shareholder minutes, powers of attorney and internal restructure documents

Acting as strategic partner in corporate reorganisations and other cross-functional projects such as IT, accounting, tax and finance

Involvement with other general legal documentation such as guarantees and legal opinions

Management of Glencore’s global entity management system (GEMS)

Managing tasks and relationships with external law firms and corporate service administrators

Participating in different projects involving various stakeholders within Glencore

Qualifications and experience:

Good verbal and written communication skills in English (corporate language)

Strong educational background (legal education preferred)

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a legal team

Current SWISS B/C Permit or passport holder of EU
