Job Overview
Providing general legal support and advice on a range of corporate matters relating to the legal administration of the Glencore Group
Reviewing and drafting corporate documentation, including board and shareholder minutes, powers of attorney and internal restructure documents
Acting as strategic partner in corporate reorganisations and other cross-functional projects such as IT, accounting, tax and finance
Involvement with other general legal documentation such as guarantees and legal opinions
Management of Glencore’s global entity management system (GEMS)
Managing tasks and relationships with external law firms and corporate service administrators
Participating in different projects involving various stakeholders within Glencore
Strong English language ability, both written and spoken
Legal education
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
