Preparation of regular reports, such as expenses, minutes of meetings and communication materials
General administrative duties such as invoice management, preparing memos and other correspondence
Management of schedules and calendars
Fielding incoming and outgoing telephone calls and correspondence such as mail

Minimum requirements
A solid educational background
Demonstrated previous experience working in Administration in an international and multicultural environment
Fluency in English (corporate language) with any other language (German, French and/or Spanish) an asset
Current SWISS B/C Permit or passport holder of EU
