Job Overview

We are looking for a Real Estate Agent (Partner) for Investment Properties 100% (f/m) with several years of experience in real estate sector for the expansion and the establishment of Zurich.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Acquisitions, sales and search of investment and commercial properties

Processing and closing of sales and search of investment and commercial properties

Project management and leadership of employees and freelancers within projects

Market and location analyses of real estate

Consulting for project developments of real estate

Expansion and maintenance of customer relations as well as participation in trade fairs and customer events

In collaboration with the supervisor: Define annual targets and set budgets including investments; ensure targets are met

You have several years of sales as well as acquisition experience with demanding clientele and bring with you your own customer base

You are resident in the relevant region and are well networked

You have a commercial education and further education in the real estate business is an advantage

You have an empathic and communicative nature with a winning, confident manner

You enjoy contact with people and expanding the existing network of contacts

You are proactive, independent, trustworthy, and work with great commitment and passion

Solid German and very good English skills
