RESPONSIBILITIES
Acquisitions, sales and search of residential properties
Processing and closing of sales and search mandates of residential properties
Expansion and maintenance of customer relations as well as participation in trade fairs and customer events
Responsibility for the development, the establishment and expansion of Zurich
Monthly analysis of the number of offers and sales of residential properties and proposal of measures to improve and increase orders
In collaboration with the supervisor: Define annual targets and set budgets including investments; ensure targets are met
You are resident in the relevant region and are well networked
You have a commercial education and further education in the real estate business is an advantage
You have an empathic and communicative nature with a winning, confident manner
You enjoy contact with people and expanding the existing network of contacts
You are proactive, independent, trustworthy, and work with great commitment and passion
Solid German and very good English skills
