Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated (Senior) Business Analyst taking our Document Management System capabilities to the next level.

An outstanding opportunity to become part of the fast-growing Data, Processes and Systems (DPS) team, a group of specialists in Business Analysis, Business Architecture and Project Management. The team’s focuses on the execution of strategic initiatives, replacement and introduction of new tools and platforms and design of new scalable solutions to serve our clients’ needs.

Collaborate with business subject matter experts to assess business processes and identify opportunities to eliminate inefficiencies through digital document handling;

Design implementable process improvements including technical solutions that cover the entire document lifecycle (from creation, reception, storage, sharing, archiving and essentially destruction);

Play a leading role in initiation, planning and implementation of document management projects;

Develop strategies to increase metadata coverage for existing and future documents to enable automated and efficient processes;

Closely work with IT counterparts to bridge between business and technology teams;

Train business users on rolled-out tools and document management best practices.

University degree or equivalent, qualifying experience in Business Economics, Business Informatics or Information Technology;

3+ years working experience of business analysis in a financial services company or with a leading consulting firm;

Proven experience with document management systems (i.e., Sharepoint and/or any other tool);

Track record of a hands-on role at the interface between technology and business;

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand business and technical functions and process information quickly;

Must be comfortable with constructively challenging the status quo and looking for new ways to improve processes and results;

Ability to deliver on time with a high level of accuracy and integrity;

Experience in financial industry is a plus;

Great team player and ability to work collaboratively at various levels of the organization;

Excellent communication skills in written and verbal English, German is a plus.
