How you can make an impact

Work on challenging ServiceNow projects, either within a larger team or as an advisor on smaller engagements

Support clients through complex Enterprise Service Management transformations and ServiceNow implementations

Work across several industries including our primary focus areas of Life Sciences, Financial Services, Consumer Products and Public Sector

Work in international teams with very professional and like-minded colleagues, and engage in and manage business development activities, marketing initiatives and practice development activities

Develop and broaden your network by working together with other parts of the company or other member firms outside of Switzerland

You have 4 or more years of experience leading solution/functional architecture components of major business and system transformation efforts across the enterprise

You have experience as a technical / solution architect for ServiceNow implementations of ITSM, ITOM, SAM, Sec Ops, IRM or associated modules

You have experience shaping the detailed technical design of a ServiceNow solution and working with client technical / enterprise architects to agree solution design

You have experience defining cross-platform enterprise architectural plans, including mapping business requirements to the system / technology components

You have experience identifying and resolving potential trade-offs or conflicts among architectural options, and ability to align this with business outcomes or impacts for ServiceNow

You bring a proven ability to drive results and readiness across multiple solutions in major transformation efforts for ServiceNow

You have a strong understanding of ServiceNow applications and modules, understanding the business context and how to translate business and functional requirements into a sustainable ServiceNow implementation

You are proficient in all phases of the Application Development Lifecycle

You are a certified ServiceNow System Administrator

You are a confident communicator in English and German
