At Deloitte Consulting, our Technology Strategy & Transformation specialists help organisations develop the strategies and implement systems that build business value and drive performance. We have the in-depth knowledge and experience gained from working on some of the most complex IT challenges around the globe, everything from system replacement to full IT transformation.
As part of the Technology Strategy & Transformation team you will work directly with our clients to optimize Technology Organisations and shape the way IT interacts with the business.
How you can make an impact
Collaborate with our client’s technology executives to help them define the strategy to transform their organisations for the digital era
Define the new Agile operating models to help clients leverage digital technologies and roadmaps for their Agile transformation
Redesign client’s Technology and broader Enterprise to utilise service and product design, publication, and management effectively and efficiently
Guide clients to embrace new ways of working for new technologies, such as Cloud and APIs, whilst maintaining the required rigor and contracts for regulated environments
Help create an enterprise agile transformation programme that includes the change required to deliver value and speed in an organisation
Apply modern software development approaches, such as Agile and DevOps, with our clients on large technology transformations
Have the opportunity to make an impact in large-scale IT transformation programs and shape how the IT function interacts with the business
Being part of a diverse team with an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution
Project(s) experience on Agile Operating Models and/or Agile Enterprise Implementation
You have experience in an advisory role and profound knowledge of Agile frameworks (SAFe, Spotify, LeSS)
You have a track record of managing small engagements or parts of large engagements
You have strong analytical capabilities, as well as oral and written communication and presentation skills (e.g. MS Suite)
A sound knowledge of the inner workings of an IT organization and a track record of transforming and/or designing IT organizations would be an advantage
ITIL and Agile (CSM, SAFe, SPC etc.) certifications would be an advantage
You are proficient in English, German and/or French would be an advantage
You are happy to travel (mainly within Switzerland)
You have a University degree (ETH, Uni, FH) in (business) informatics, business administration or economics
