Work with our clients at the heart of Insurance Transformation & Innovation
Help our clients with the optimisation and digitisation of customer journeys and core processes, modernisation of core platforms, and the improvement of their performance and business model
Provide our clients with a fresh perspective on how to design flexible, innovative business models and services combined with a strong operations foundation, and with that shape the insurance landscape of the future
You have relevant working experience in insurance or with a leading consulting firm
You have a solid understanding of the insurance value chain and its core processes, incl. sales & distribution, underwriting, policy administration, claims or collection & disbursement
Key Focus: You have proven experience in core platform transformation initiatives around program and project management, business case creation, business process analysis & design, requirement engineering, business blueprint creation, software implementation delivery life cycle (e.g. development, test management, change management, operations)
You have a good understanding of core insurance platforms (e.g. Guidewire, Sapiens)
You have experience in both agile (e.g. scrum master, design thinking) and waterfall project delivery methods
You are curious and have a thirst for knowledge, bringing fresh perspectives to our projects
You are able to analyse complex problems and to develop and communicate solutions options
You are fluent in French or German, and English
