Management Level: Manager

Your tasks

You lead or participate in compensation projects for our clients, including benchmarking analyses, data analysis and modelling, design and implementation of short-term and long-term incentive plans and determination of relevant performance indicators. While we serve various clients from start-ups to listed companies, your focus will be mainly on executive compensation.

You advise our clients on the effectiveness of their compensation programs. For listed companies, you analyze whether their compensation system is in line with the expectations of their shareholders and formulate recommendations accordingly. Further, you advise on matters relating to the compensation disclosure and the preparation of the say-on-pay votes at the annual general meetings.

You are responsible for client deliverables such as presentations, reports, memorandums, etc. and are presenting those to the clients, which includes communication with executives (C-level) and board of directors/compensation committees.

You further develop our compensation and benefits offering based on the evolving context in which our clients operate.

You actively support in client acquisition and targeting activities (including drafting and implementing marketing strategies and initiatives for our compensation consulting practice).

You keep up to date with relevant trends on compensation and corporate governance, including the various regulations and the guidelines of institutional investors and proxy advisors.

You further enhance your technical know-how as well as your soft skills by means of on-and-off-the-job-trainings. 

You have profound know-how and expertise in the area of compensation and benefits, including incentive plan design (5+ years experience).

You have consulting and project management experience, including targeting activities and winning new work.

You pay attention to detail and have high quality standards, you demonstrate initiative and are willing to take on responsibility as of day one.

You are comfortable working in German and English and you can use those languages in a professional environment.

You have strong analytical and writing skills and like to draft reports and presentations.

You have strong communication skills and are able to interact with executives.

You are an open and curious person and like to be in contact with clients and colleagues.
