As a Senior Product Owner Trading / Structuring you maximize business outcome while minimizing waste – you identify true client needs and build the right product at the right time. You are a highly motivated individual with background in trading / structuring or related area and have a genuine interest in technology paired with passion to deliver cutting-edge products and solutions.RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop cases and define product feature together with key stakeholders, continuously prioritize feature / story backlog to achieve maximum value

Provide direction to agile teams to ensure work focuses on items with maximum value aligned with the overall product strategy

Manage the full product life cycle from conception through release

Collaborate closely with Product Management and Business Owners to understand client and market needs, evolve product roadmap in line with overall business model and enable growth opportunities

Research and analyse the market and users, follow the latest trends in the industry to constantly evolve own product roadmap

Communicate team and product metrics to stakeholders

Relevant higher educational and professional background with 5+ years of relevant working experienceStrong commercial judgement, business acumen and broad understanding of the financial market and products

Experience in agile project methodologies such as SAFe, scrum, kanban

Technically savvy with very strong analytical skills, fast thinker

Highly motivated, team player and result driven

Solid verbal and written English skills, German is a plus
