Job Overview

Administrative support to the Finance and Legal team members, such as agenda management, handling of e-mails, prioritizing requests, and preparing and filing documents;

Organization and planning of international business trips incl. sourcing and booking flights, arranging visas, booking hotels and transfers, completing check-ins;

Meeting scheduling across busy schedules (internal team meetings and for external visitors);

Assistance in administrative transfer pricing routine tasks;

General administrative tasks i.e. taking calls, messages, mail distribution;

Completion of monthly expense reports.

Swiss KV degree (or equivalent) with experience in a similar role in Banking/Asset Management;

Excellent verbal and written language skills both in English and German is essential;

Experience in an international environment required;

Preferably a background in asset management or banking;

Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task according to shifting priorities;

Proactive personality with strong interpersonal skills, team spirit and drive;

Quick learner, meticulous and with a high level of discretion.
