Job Overview
Administrative support to the Private Markets Program Management team members, such as monitoring and organizing schedules, agenda management, handling of e-mails, prioritizing requests, and preparing documents;
Coordination of various meetings including preparation of agendas and meeting minutes;
Assistance in the co-ordination of various investor events such as webinars and advisory council meetings including preparation of invitations and co-ordination of materials;
Organization and planning of international business trips including sourcing and booking flights, booking hotels, co-ordination of materials;
Arranging onsite and offsite meetings;
Completing expense reports;
Participating in various projects;
Deputy for other assistants within the Private Equity Investment Team.
Swiss KV degree (or equivalent);
Excellent verbal and written language skills both in English and German, any other European language is beneficial;
Experience from working in an international environment;
Proficient with Ms Office;
High level of initiative and customer-orientation;
Discreet and comfortable in interacting with senior management;
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task according to shifting priorities;
Proactive personality with strong interpersonal skills, team spirit and drive.
