Job Overview
Implementation and maintenance of transfer pricing documentation (master file, local file and country by country report) and safeguard compliance with OECD requirements and its implementation in various jurisdictions;
Draft and maintenance of inter-company agreements (SLA’s as well as fund related agreements);
Coordination between all LGT CP group companies;
Close cooperation with tax and finance/controlling departments;
Administrative tasks (storage and filing of inter-company agreements, maintenance of fund structure chart, etc.);
Continuous monitoring of global tax situation in collaboration with the tax team (BEPS);
Entry point for transfer pricing requests.
Minimum 3 – 5 years working experience preferably in a Big 4 firm or with a multinational company;
Bachelor of Laws, Accounting, or Economics would be considered a plus;
Experience with the financial services industry and financing transactions would be welcome;
Strong communication skills (orally and written) in English and German;
Team player with a proactive, self-starter mentality and the ability to perform the work independently;
Readiness to learn and obtain expertise in new areas of practice and the aspiration to take responsibility.
