Job Overview
Work closely with communications partners on communication activities via various communication channels to ensure consistency and clarity of messages in alignment with the Group CUO vision and direction
Manage/contribute to assigned projects including change and communication elements, and facilitate the delivery of the projects solutions according to plan
Lead workstreams in UW and help deliver rapid responses to a fast paced, changing UW environment
Use company’s KPIs and other metrics in order to support the evaluation of business cases, projects impact and business performance
Promptly respond to requests of key stakeholders for information, technical documentation and analysis
Manage and co-ordinate operational activities of Group
Underwriting team (leadership meetings/calls, agenda topics, information packs) and follow up actions coming out of them
Professionally design and develop required material (executive presentations, briefings, talking points) for regular and ad-hoc meetings, seminars, public events, etc.
Work location is Zurich only
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Finance, Risk Management
5 or more years of insurance experience with 5+ years of underwriting experience across property, casualty, construction or mining
Effective communication skills and delivering to senior stakeholders in a Commerical Insurance setting
Project management and strategy delivery skills, ideally from an insurance setting
Team player with ability to deliver through others – able to work across a matrix organization and to build strong stakeholder relationships that deliver results
Results-oriented individual with strong time management skills
Resilience and adaptability
Fluent in English, additional languages are a benefit
