We are looking for an experienced and motivated business analyst with many years of experience in banking process optimization

RESPONSIBILITIES

Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for Banking Operations

Determine operational objectives by studying business functions (Middle Office, Private Equity and Hedge Fund Execution / Settlements)

Improving processes and systems; designing modifications, developing interfaces

Recommending controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures

Developing project estimates by identifying phases and elements, personnel requirements and costs

Monitoring project progress by tracking activity

Verifying results by completing tests

Requirements

Minimum 3 years work experience as a Business Analyst in a financial environment, ideally in the area of banking operations

Excellent analytical skills

Strong attention to detail

Able to work independently and on own initiative while also being a team player

Able to make informed and sensible judgements

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and German
