Job Overview

We offer a proactive role in a dynamic environment with the opportunity to lead interesting projects and further enhance and digitalize processes, data and systems. Main responsibilities include:

Production of monthly and quarterly reports (e.g. LGT funds and institutional reports, ESG reports monthly newsletters, Princely Portfolio quarterly reports, KIIDs);

Improvement of existing reports and development of new reporting content in close collaboration with internal stakeholders (business development, investment management, IT etc.);

Managing and enhancing our data-infrastructure and operational processes, implementing workflows and improving quality checks;

Handling ad-hoc requests from various internal and external stakeholders.

Higher education in business administration (university or university of applied sciences) with specialization in banking & finance;

1-3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role, ideally in asset management;

Strong and proven affinity for data management and IT in general, excellent skills in MS-Excel, basic skills in SQL; experience with BI Tools (e.g. Power BI) and Avaloq as an advantage;

Very good command of German and English;

Eye for detail and high quality performance – even under time pressure;

Service-oriented, proactive, independent and assertive team player.
