Job Overview
LiveWell is looking for a Revenue Manager to join us and help fuel our efforts to scale the organization. The Revenue Manager, working closely with the various departments, will be responsible to shape and execute the pricing strategy across Zurich LiveWell’s services and portfolio.

What you will do

Shape and create pricing strategy for all LiveWell services and portfolio

Identify opportunities / need for product repricing in LiveWell, based on

Demand from internal and external customers

Review of 6-monthly profitability

Support LiveWell on selected pricing and development related initiatives in LiveWell solutions

Advise on product design features (e.g., benefit design, pricing structure, linkages to P&P, Ops and Sales)

Develop/advise on approach for technical pricing (e.g., pricing parameters, granularity)

Develop/advise on approach for market-based pricing (e.g., competitive pricing per cell)

Develop/review pricing and profit testing models

Simulate various portfolio mix with differing pricing ranges

Closely interact with Zurich central teams as well as LiveWell teams

Drive improvements in technical and market-based pricing methodology

Monitor competitor/market pricing trends through inputs from Sales team

Conduct research and develop methodologies for pricing of similar business models e.g. Spotify, Netflix

Perform forecasts of gross margins development

Develop family of generic pricing models for use

Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Mathematics/Statistics or similar

5+ years of experience in financial analysis, with focus on sales finance

Strong knowledge of pricing concepts

Clear passion for Health and Wellbeing services that improve people’s lives, longevity and health

Understanding of the evolving landscape and future needs within Health and Wellbeing services and digitalization

Ability to present to and influence at all levels of an organization

Strong personality who is not afraid to speak up and ask tough questions

Solid mathematical and analytical skills

Project management capabilities

Strong excel experience with knowledge of statistical and financial modeling

Proficiency in English, both written and oral skills
