You will be part of the recruitment team and develop a strong understanding of PwC Switzerland’s services.
You will partner with business leaders and experienced recruiters for dedicated sourcing needs in order to support the ambitious growth targets of Advisory.
You will continuously conduct in-depth research on all relevant channels in the professional services market.
You will take a data-driven approach to inform about your sourcing strategy and use reports to manage and optimize your activities.
You will work closely with the hiring managers and recruiters and keep them up-to-date and support them on making decisions based on data.
You know how to identify candidates through the use of creative sourcing methods beyond the limits of LinkedIn.
You love to research, find patterns, and to try new things.
You have a positive can-do attitude with a strong ability to adapt in a constantly changing environment and you have strong communication skills.
You are fluent in English and German.
